All DIY press-on nail sales are final. Due to sanitary and health concerns and custmizations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail products. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers, as press-on nails come into contact with the skin and nails.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, or if there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

• Some people may be allergic to gel polish or other nail products. If you experience any redness, itching, swelling, or burning during or after use, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
• To minimize the risk of skin contact and potential allergic reactions, we offer gloves for use during the DIY nail creation process. Please ask our staff for a pair if you would like to use them.
• When applying gel polish, try to keep it away from your skin and eyes, nose & mouth. If you accidentally get gel polish on any of these areas, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

General Health and Safety:

• If you experience any adverse reactions, infections, or other health issues during or after creating your DIY nails, please inform our staff immediately.
• If you have a history of nail fungus, bacterial infections, or other nail-related health issues, consult a healthcare professional before using our DIY nail creation services.
