YES BAR® began with a mother’s desire to say yes. When Abigail’s son was born with food sensitivities, she was constantly saying no to the foods he wanted to try. So she went to the kitchen, gathered the ingredients she could say yes to, and made a snack he could enjoy.

He loved the bar because it looked and tasted like a cookie. Abigail loved it because it was made with nutritious, premium-quality organic ingredients. From that day on, YES BAR® was born.

It Started With Family

The first YES BAR® was created out of frustration, creativity, and love. What began as a homemade snack for one child quickly revealed a bigger possibility: families everywhere deserve delicious food made with ingredients they can feel good about sharing.

The bars were never meant to stay in one kitchen. As more people discovered them, Abigail looked for teammates who shared the same care and commitment to the message.

A Team Built On Trust

Jeremy and Brennan joined Abigail with open hearts and a passion for building the business together. They became the people she trusted to help share YES BAR® with the world and make sure the product could reach more families.

Today, the team remains proud of the bars’ homemade beginnings. The recipe has stayed almost identical to what Abigail made that first day in her own kitchen.

YES BAR® bars are fully plant-based, paleo, and kosher. They are made without GMOs, gluten, grains, dairy, corn, soy, or eggs, making them a snack the whole family can enjoy.

Small-Batch Roots

YES BAR® bars are still made in small batches using the same recipe from Abigail’s kitchen. The team sources plant-based, clean ingredients from farmers they know and suppliers they trust, many of them in California.

That attention to relationships keeps the process grounded. The brand’s goal is not to make food complicated; it is to make delicious food that empowers health and wellness while showing people that someone cares.
