Wayne Bailey started with a handlebar mustache and goatee, but he quickly ran into a problem: he couldn’t find a mustache wax that delivered the hold and quality he wanted. The available options fell short, and ordering something better from England meant expensive shipping and long waits.
So Wayne made his own. After research, testing, and more than a few mediocre batches, he drew from an old recipe passed down by his grandfather and created Fisticuffs Mustache Wax. The formula went on to become one of the best-selling mustache waxes in the United States.

Once Wayne grew a full beard, he realized that the mustache and goatee were only the beginning. He began researching, testing, and developing a complete range of beard products for people who wanted their facial hair to look and feel its best.
