Athar grew up in Lucknow, India, before migrating to Pakistan. She was known as a natural healer who turned to neem, turmeric, almonds, milk, honey, and other gifts from nature to care for skin and everyday wellness.

Sara had been making homemade skincare treatments since childhood. Her interest became a mission after cancer touched her family and people she knew and loved.
