Jigsaw Health: Finding The Pieces That Matter

Some businesses begin with a gap in the market. Jigsaw Health began with a more personal puzzle. For Pat Sullivan, more than three decades of intermittent health challenges inspired a search for answers and a lasting interest in magnesium.

That search became a shared undertaking with his son, Patrick Sullivan Jr. Together, they founded Jigsaw Health, bringing a father’s personal motivation and a son’s partnership into a company with a name that tells its own story.

A Personal Reason To Care About The Details

The founders describe making products they take themselves. That everyday connection shapes the questions behind the collection: which ingredients to choose, who makes the finished products, and whether what is inside matches what is on the label.

Jigsaw Health describes ingredient selection, established manufacturing partners, triple-tested batches, and online lab results as central parts of its quality approach. It is a philosophy built around looking closely at the pieces, rather than treating the finished bottle as the end of the conversation.

Magnesium, In More Than One Format

Magnesium is an important thread through the collection, but the products are not all the same. Forms, added ingredients, release formats, and ways to take them give each option a different place on the shelf.

Start with those practical differences. A powder mixed into water, a sustained-release tablet, and a topical lotion are not interchangeable simply because they share the word magnesium.

Two More Pieces Of The Magnesium Story

Brain Boost™ takes a different formulation direction with magnesium L-threonate. MagRelief™ is a topical lotion made with magnesium chloride, OptiMSM®, and oils, rather than an oral supplement.

These are different products for different routines, not a checklist of things to combine. Compare labels and seek individual guidance if you are unsure how a new magnesium product fits with what you already take.

A Little More Choice In Your Water Bottle

Electrolyte Supreme™ is a sugar-free electrolyte powder with additional vitamins and minerals. Fruit Punch, Berry-Licious, and Lemon-Lime options come in jars or packets, giving you a choice between a home base and something easy to pack.

Potassium Cocktail™ follows another formula direction, combining potassium with magnesium and sea salt in a sugar-free, caffeine-free powder. Its flavor and package options differ from Electrolyte Supreme, so compare the selected option rather than assuming every flavor comes in every format.

Adrenal Cocktail™ + Wholefood Vitamin C is a separate combination featuring potassium bicarbonate, sea salt, and acerola cherry. The collection includes packets, a jar, and capsules. Despite the name, it is not an alcoholic cocktail, and the name is not a diagnosis or a reason to self-treat persistent symptoms.

Beyond Magnesium

The wider collection includes Activated B w/SRT®, CoQ10 w/SRT®, Pureway-C® Plus™, Multi-Mineral Essential Blend™, and Vitamin K2 + E Complex. Each has a distinct ingredient focus, so it is worth checking what you already use before adding another bottle.

Other options include Probiotics Essential Blend™, Curcumin C3 Complex®, and Collagen Boost®. Alaskan Cod Liver Oil™ comes in liquid and softgel formats, with omega-3s and naturally occurring vitamins A and D described in the product information.

And then there is a different kind of morning ritual: Firefly Organic Coffee Beans. The coffee brings an organic, high-altitude, shade-grown direction to a collection otherwise centered on supplements and drink mixes.

Make Room For A Thoughtful Routine

A fuller shelf is not necessarily a better fit. Compare serving sizes and overlapping ingredients, follow the selected product’s directions, and review allergens and suitability before use. Ask your healthcare provider about new supplements if you take medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition.

Why We Carry Jigsaw Health

We appreciate the personal motivation behind Jigsaw Health and the practical variety within its collection. The father-and-son story gives the brand a human beginning; the range gives shoppers concrete decisions to make about ingredients, formats, and everyday preferences.

You do not have to solve the whole shelf at once. Start with the piece you are looking for, compare it carefully, and choose what makes sense for your own routine.
