A Dream That Bridged Two Cultures

American Global Health Group, LLC was established in Seattle in 1999 by Doug Jewett, who had long loved Chinese culture, natural products, and aloe. His vision was to build an American-owned company in China that could combine American technical expertise with the agricultural knowledge and natural resources of Southern China.

In 2000, AGHG established its first aloe vera plantation in Southern China. That beginning set the direction for a company built around growing, processing, and delivering high-quality aloe products with care at every stage.

ALODERMA’s parent company controls the full process, from planting and growing aloe to harvesting, processing, and delivering finished products. This vertical integration creates more control over freshness, quality, and the standards applied along the way.
