Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are generally batched and sent at the latest next business day.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS: Some products are made to order and may take a little bit longer to process, you will receive a notification when the order ships.

PRESS ON NAILS: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, our shipping times may vary. Please allow anywhere from 1-7 business days for your order to be made, processed and shipped. However, we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, and in most cases, your order may ship sooner.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create your unique and handmade press-on nails. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PARTNER PRODUCTS: Some of the products on our store are shipped from other local partner vendors who have their own processing and shipping times. However each partner is vetted to ensure quality satisfaction.

WORLDWIDE VENDORS: Other products on our store we offer at competitive prices which can take up to 14 days to arrive.
Some Daily Deal products apply to these shipping times. 

International orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

STORE PICKUP -  Orders can be picked up daily, from any of our retail locations. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
