Dijon’s naturally biting flavor is complimented by our California Sea Salt, carefully blended in small batches and hand-packed in our unique magnetic tins. All of the striking and subtle notes of Dijon are there, and its flavor brings out the best in pork dishes, roasted chicken, white fish, steamed leafy greens, a fresh salad, baked potatoes–anywhere you’d use mustard. Our favorite is sprinkling over hard boiled or deviled eggs for that finishing touch of flavor and a beautiful plating.
