  • Corteza de Viburnum prunifolium: Viburnum prunifolium es bien conocido por su afinidad para aliviar los espasmos y por su uso para calmar los calambres menstruales.
  • Aquilea : Las sabias curanderas y los herbolarios occidentales han utilizado la Achillea millefolium para favorecer la salud reproductiva femenina durante siglos.
