Uso sugerido

Tome 3 ml en un poco de agua; repita cada 1 a 3 horas durante un día o dos, luego disminuya a 3 o 4 veces al día.

Estrategia #2 Superar el reto - Frecuencia : Tomar una dosis (ver la etiqueta para el tamaño de la dosis) cada 1-3 horas durante uno o dos días, y luego disminuir gradualmente a cada 3-4 horas al día a medida que los síntomas mejoren, hasta 5 días consecutivos.   • Monarda aérea : La Monarda fistulosa, M. didyma , también conocida como melisa, pertenece a la familia de la menta y ha sido utilizada por la comunidad nativa americana durante siglos como remedio herbal. La Monarda favorece el equilibrio microbiano y una respuesta inflamatoria saludable. Tiene afinidad por el bienestar bucal y suaviza los tejidos bucales.
  • Raíz de Yerba Mansa : La Anemopsis californica es una planta aromática y picante originaria del suroeste de Estados Unidos. Las comunidades nativas y los colonos la veneraban por sus numerosos beneficios para la salud. Es una planta astringente que favorece una respuesta inflamatoria óptima y favorece la función de las membranas mucosas.
  • Liquen Usnea : Usnea spp. es un liquen que suele colgarse en matas de los árboles y crecer en ellos. Su cuerpo se utiliza para elaborar medicamentos. También conocido como barba de viejo, Usnea promueve una respuesta inmunitaria restauradora, especialmente en las membranas mucosas y el tracto respiratorio.   • Goma de mirra : Commiphora molmol, C. myrrha, es una sustancia o resina similar a la savia que se extrae de cortes en la corteza de árboles de la especie Commiphora.
