David’s journey began after college, when he founded a small organic vegetable farm in New Mexico. That first experience created a lasting connection to the land, the people who grow food, and the importance of protecting variety in what we eat.
David later studied Food And Ag Policy and continued working to grow natural and organic food brands. Folk Revival brings those experiences together in a collection made for people who care about flavor, sourcing, and the future of food.
