- Take up to 4 tablespoons of sea moss apple sauce a day.  You can enjoy more applesauce than you normally would with sea moss gel.  

- Our sea moss applesauce is made fresh and carefully crafted to maintain its high quality. Your applesauce will arrive at room temperature—cooler in colder months and warmer in hotter months. It is shelf-stable and does not require ice packs or refrigeration during shipping. Please refrigerate the applesauce upon receipt to preserve its freshness. It will remain fresh for up to 30 days if stored properly in the refrigerator and handled hygienically—avoid double dipping to prevent contamination.

- You can freeze your applesauce in a freezer safe container such as a ziploc freezer bag, or a tupperware container.  Do not freeze in the jars because glass can shatter due to the pressure of the contents that expand when frozen.  

- Packages ship Monday through Friday and we have a 3 business day processing time to ensure fresh to order products.  

- These products are not able to be refunded, nor exchanged.  Should you have a specific issue, please reach out via email.  

- Should your items arrive damaged during the shipping process, please take pictures of the broken jar, packing materials inside of the box, and the top of the box showing the label and send us an email.  We will assist in filing a claim and work with you on replacement items, if necessary.  We do not offer refunds for lost packages with the shipping carrier, missing packages, packages that have been marked delivered yet claimed to not be received, because you didn't like the sea moss, because you gave us an insufficient address or the wrong address, or any reason.  Should you have an issue with your purchase, please email us so that we can attempt to help resolve the issue.
