Comme la saison du Kapha (fin de l'hiver et printemps) ralentit la digestion et diminue l'appétit, ce mélange d'épices ayurvédiques réchauffantes aide à stimuler l'agni, à réduire la lourdeur après les repas et à soutenir un métabolisme sain pendant les transitions saisonnières.

Notre mélange d'épices Kapha est formulé pour soulager les troubles digestifs associés au dosha Kapha, notamment le faible appétit, la digestion paresseuse, le métabolisme lent, la diminution du péristaltisme et les sensations de léthargie après les repas. Les épices chauffantes de gingembre, de pippali, de poivre noir et de cannelle aident à contrecarrer l'énergie froide, lente et lourde du Kapha, stimulant le feu digestif (agni), favorisant une bonne digestion, augmentant l'énergie et purifiant le corps des toxines. INGRÉDIENTS CLÉS

Gingembre
Puissant stimulant digestif, le gingembre éveille l'agni et dégage la congestion du tube digestif. Considéré comme la « médecine universelle » en Ayurveda et en médecine traditionnelle chinoise, les qualités légères, chaudes, sèches et piquantes du gingembre en font un allié parfait pour équilibrer les tendances lourdes, froides et humides du kapha.

Pippali
Proche parent du poivre noir, le pippali est une épice réchauffante et revigorante qui attise le feu digestif et brûle les résidus toxiques (ama) d'une digestion paresseuse. En Ayurveda, il est souvent associé au gingembre et au poivre noir pour traiter les déséquilibres digestifs de type kapha.

Poivre Noir
Appelé marich en sanskrit – signifiant soleil – le poivre noir possède des propriétés chauffantes, stimulantes et activatrices qui allument l'agni, éliminent les débris toxiques (ama) et améliorent l'absorption des nutriments.

Cannelle
Stimulant circulatoire réchauffant, la cannelle favorise le mouvement et la circulation dans tout le corps, y compris le tube digestif. Lorsque le kapha s'accumule dans l'estomac, entraînant une accumulation de mucus et une digestion paresseuse, la cannelle aide à réguler le flux et à optimiser la fonction digestive.
