#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: Herbs can work within 5 minutes to impact symptoms! To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving (see label for serving size). Serving may need to be repeated 2-4x for full relief. See individual product label for max daily servings.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to every 3-4 hours a day as symptoms improve, up to 5 consecutive days. See individual product label for max daily servings.

• Yerba Santa leaf: Eriodictyon spp. (californicum, angustifolium, crassifolium, and trichocalyx) means "sacred herb" and was traditionally revered in its native California for its powerful health benefits. Today it is used to support a healthy histamine response, promote optimal immune function, normalize mucus membranes, and calm runaway mucus production.
• Echinacea Purpurea root: Native to areas east of the Rocky Mountains in the US, Echinacea purpurea supports the body's natural immune response and immune system wellness. • Nettle leaf: Urtica dioica is most known as a common weed. It is a deeply nourishing tonic and helps support a healthy histamine response.
• Yerba Mansa root: Anemopsis californica is an aromatic, spicy plant native to the southwest United States. Native communities and settlers revered it for its many health benefits. An astringent plant, it helps support optimal inflammatory response and mucus membranes.
