#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.

• Milky Oat tops: Avena sativa is the seed of common oats in the green stage, rich in minerals and trace nutrients including magnesium, iron, calcium, B vitamins, and vitamins A and C. It acts as a nutritive tonic that deeply nourishes and strengthens the nervous system, particularly when overworked from mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion. Milky Oats gently calm the mind, strengthen the adrenal systems, support healthy stress responses, and ease anxiousness and worry.
• Passionflower aerials: Passiflora incarnata is a plant that thrives throughout certain regions in the world. Its aerial parts have been known to help calm the nervous system, support stress responses and ease occasional anxiousness and worry.
• Gotu Kola aerials: Centella asiatica is an herb native to Sri Lanka and is found as a popular leafy green in many Asian cuisines. Gotu Kola helps support healthy cognitive function and is high in free radical scavengers.
• Scullcap aerials: Scutellaria lateriflora is native to North America and was traditionally used by Eclectic physicians in the 19th century as a tonic to nourish the nervous system and encourage restful sleep.
• Cinnamon bark: Cinnamomum burmanii and C. cassia is traditionally used to support healthy circulation and promote mental clarity and focus.
