With this artisan seasoning, we now make this dish at home - just adding some seasoning with coconut milk gives you the base to build on, and from there it's up to you: go heavy on basil, or make it with roast chicken, simmer long for a thick curry or thin it out for a decadent broth. We love using this seasoning too as a dry rub on chicken, pork, and shrimp before tossing them in a wok or on the grill, imparting deeply authentic Thai flavors, right from your very own kitchen.
