Featuring Elderberry and Astragalus, this formula works at a foundational level -making it an ideal daily immune builder for long-term wellness. Think of it as tending the soil, not pulling the alarm.

Recommended Use Strategies: #3

Use Strategies
"Half of it is the awesome formulas...the other half is how you use them!"

#3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) 2-4x a day as needed for ongoing support. Length of use depends on individual needs. Consult with a practitioner for consistent use beyond 3 months.

Not for use while pregnant or nursing. If you have a medical condition or take medications, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. Shake well before use. For more info on storage, shelf life, dosage and more, read our Getting Started with Tinctures guide.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

Herbs in Action
  • Elderberry fruit: Sambucus nigra has been used throughout history both as a food for its tart sweetness and as herbal support for wellness. Rich in nutrients, elderberry fruit supports healthy immune responses and overall vitality.
  • Astragalus root: Astragalus membranaceus is native to Asia and has been traditionally used to deeply nourish the immune system. It is a true tonic and can be taken regularly.
  • Cleavers aerials: Galium aparine is a weed commonly found in fields across North America and Europe. Cleavers aerials support the lymphatic system's natural functions and promote healthy fluid movement throughout the body. It is traditionally used to support the body's natural cleansing processes and waste elimination.
  • Burdock root: Arctium lappa is a powerhouse of nutrients that acts as a free radical scavenger, helping to support the body's natural balance and homeostasis. Burdock may help support the body's natural cleansing processes and waste elimination.
  • Hawthorn berry: Crataegus spp. is known as an excellent herb for the chest, heart, and cardiovascular system. The apple-like berries of this small tree nourish and support the heart and lungs as sister body systems, encouraging healthy circulation, healthy blood pressure, and optimal lung function.
  • Red Clover aerials: Trifolium Pratense is a favorite of bees and is now naturalized in North America. Red Clover blossoms gently support the body's ability to eliminate wastes and act as an expectorant, helping the body expel any excess mucus from the bronchioles, which in turn helps support healthy immune function. Red Clover is also considered a mild lymphatic and is commonly used as a mild cleansing herb.
  • Echinacea Purpurea root: Native to areas east of the Rocky Mountains in the US, Echinacea purpurea supports the body's natural immune response and immune system wellness. Echinacea provides seasonal immune support and supports a healthy histamine response, promoting comfort during seasonal changes.
  • Nettle leaf: Urtica dioica, also known as Stinging Nettle is high in nutrients including Vitamins A, C, K and several B vitamins, Minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium) and all of the essential amino acids.
