Application: These highlighters can be applied to the face and all over the body. They can be used dry or wet (for a more intense glow). Apply product to the high points of the face, such as the top of the cheeks, forehead, tip and bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow, chin, inner corners of the eyes, and even the brow bone. Showing more skin? Apply highlighter to the shoulders, collar bones, the chest, and anywhere else you’d like your skin to gleam.
