Adaptogenic Herbs for Relaxation†

ZenAdapt is my adaptogenic herbal blend for fast-acting, profound relaxation. If you’re experiencing occasional anxiousness due to fatigue, overwork, or stress, ZenAdapt™ will give your body the support it needs to respond in a calm, even-keeled manner. Today’s work stressors keep us in overdrive — we are connected to our phones and email all day, and often our work-life balance suffers. Sometimes you just need help to sit back, relax, and unwind.

ZenAdapt contains adaptogenic herbs, botanicals and PEA for supporting healthy cortisol levels and a balanced stress response. That way, you can mitigate the overproduction of the stress-response chemicals that keep you tossing and turning at night. Want to wind down in a healthy way? Simply take ZenAdapt™ in the afternoon to support a healthy night’s rest.†

ZenAdapt's List Of Adaptogenic Herbs Includes Rhodiola Root Extract

I’ve made sure to include Rhodiola Root Extract, an adaptogenic herb that has been shown to reduce the secretion of cortisol during periods of occasional high stress. The balance of cortisol (the primary stress hormone) has been linked to the way your body utilizes nutrients, body composition, and metabolism.†

ZenAdapt Adaptogenic Herbs Blend Also Includes Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA)

I’ve also included PEA,  a naturally-occurring fatty acid that is similar to cannabidiol (CBD) for its participatory role in the Endocannabinoid system (ECS) in the body. PEA helps to regulate a number of bodily processes governed by the ECS, such as immune messaging and supporting the neurological system. Unlike PEA, CBD is not a substance the human body naturally produces. PEA, by contrast, is endogenous, meaning it’s produced by your body as a natural response to certain stimuli.†

Taking supplemental PEA has been shown to facilitate a healthy response to stress factors.†

Who Should Take ZenAdapt

ZenAdapt is perfect for anyone who:

  • Is looking for calming and stress relief from an adaptogenic supplement†
  • Has or is currently dealing with stress or overwork†
  • Has tried other adaptogenic herbs supplements without success†
  • Regularly drinks caffeinated beverages such as coffee or tea
  • Does not have a balanced stress response and would like to support healthy relaxation†

FAQs

What are adaptogens?

Adaptogenic herbs or “adaptogens” represent a class of herbs used for centuries to help the body adapt to stress. Despite their recent surge in popularity, adaptogens such as ashwagandha, ginseng, and rhodiola have a long history of therapeutic use in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Adaptogens have been touted for their ability to promote healthy energy levels, vitality, and a balanced mood.

I thought ashwagandha was a nightshade... Can I take it if I have autoimmune issues?

In my clinical experience as an M.D., I haven't seen this form of ashwagandha root extract cause any issues with my patients dealing with autoimmune conditions.

I included ashwagandha because it helps the body cope with stress by promoting balanced adrenal function. It is widely used to balance stress hormones, relieve occasional anxiousness, and support healthy energy levels.

What form does ZenAdapt™ come in?

ZenAdapt™ comes in capsule form. Each bottle contains 120 capsules.

How long will a bottle of ZenAdapt™ last?

Following the recommended use, if you were to take 2 capsules twice per day, that means one bottle would last you 30 days.

What time of day should I take ZenAdapt™?

I recommend taking 2 capsules twice per day or as needed for stress support. You can take ZenAdapt™ after work, in the late afternoon, or at any time of day you need to unwind from stress.

Can pregnant women and nursing mothers take ZenAdapt™?

I strongly advise you to work with your qualified healthcare provider before using this product as there is simply not a great deal of data in using some of these herbs during pregnancy and nursing.

Can children take ZenAdapt™?

l recommend working with your child’s pediatrician before starting supplementation with children under 12. That way your child’s age, weight, health history, and current medications and supplements can all be taken into account when making a decision.

Can ZenAdapt™ be taken if you have high OR low cortisol levels?

Adaptogenic herbs are named so because they have the ability to help the body adapt to stress. Sometimes the adrenals need to be tuned up slightly to enhance energy and focus, other times the stress response needs to be softened in the face of ongoing stressors. Because of the unique ability of adaptogens to help the body cope with stress in this way, my ZenAdapt™ formula is ideal for those experiencing the height of adrenal stress and high cortisol — or the aftermath of extended periods of stress and low energy and cortisol.

What is the difference between PEA and CBD?
PEA is similar to CBD in its neuro-protective properties and ability to help the body respond healthily to inflammation. CBD, however, is not a substance the human body naturally produces. Meanwhile, PEA is produced by the body in response to certain stimuli.

What is the ingredient Venetron®?

Venetron® is an extract of apocynum venetum, an herb used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine, even used for making tea. As a patented, purified form of the herb, Venetron® has great potential to support a healthy mood and sleep pattern.
