Finally, The Perfect Multivitamin

I custom formulated the perfect multivitamin with bioavailability and quality in mind. The best part? It’s a great addition to virtually anyone’s routine.

Why You Absolutely Need a Multivitamin

I recommend virtually EVERYONE take a high quality multivitamin. It’s absolutely critical to get the full spectrum of nutrients that your body needs. In order to ensure that you get everything you need for optimal health, I have specifically formulated my own comprehensive multivitamin. The Myers Way® Multivitamin contains the highest quality blend of vitamins and minerals designed for optimal absorption and bioavailability.

In my book, The Autoimmune Solution, I recommend four supplements critical for optimal health... and The Myers Way® Multivitamin is one of them. Whatever you decide to include in your supplement regimen, a top quality, bioavailable multivitamin should be #1 on the list! I call the four supplements I recommend all of my patients, and virtually EVERYONE else take, “The Essentials.” The Essentials help ensure that you are getting the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, probiotic bacteria, and micronutrients your body needs to support peak health. Whether you’re at the top of your health game, or at the beginning of your health and lifestyle journey, The Essentials help you live into your best self everyday.

The Myers Way® Multivitamin Supports Thyroid Function

The Myers Way® Multivitamin is tailor made to help support thyroid function. I’ve spent my career perfecting the art of supporting thyroid health for myself and my many patients. While I custom formulated it to be the perfect multivitamin for women and men, it’s also tailor made for those seeking additional support for thyroid health. In fact, ALL of my patients looking for additional thyroid support have my essential daily multivitamin in their personalized health plans. This specially formulated multi is the perfect companion to my second book, The Thyroid Connection, and it’s jam packed with micronutrients in the forms your body wants, and the amounts your thyroid needs. With optimal levels of thyroid supporting minerals such as zinc, selenium, and iodine, alongside antioxidants like vitamins C and E and other free radical scavengers,  it would be hard to find another multi on the market that’s put this much thought into thyroid support!

All multivitamins are not created equal! Many multivitamins are low in key nutrients, and often, these nutrients may be missing altogether. When I custom formulated my multivitamin, I made sure to include nutrients you need and in a form that is readily available and useable by your body.

Supports Levels of Micronutrients

Micronutrients are more important than you’d think. With the abundance of environmental factors and stress in our lives these days, our bodies require greater amounts of micronutrients than we used to. Due to soil and water quality, industrial farming practices, and the way animals are raised for food, many of us are getting less of these nutrients than ever before! My high quality multivitamin fills in the gaps to ensure you are getting these micronutrients to maintain and reinforce your health.

Your body prefers nutrients in certain forms over others. That’s right. There’s a big difference between cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin, and your body greatly prefers one over the other. When I custom formulated my multivitamin, I poured over a decade of research into selecting the nutrient forms that work best with your body. This means methylated B vitamins, chelated minerals, vitamin D as cholecalciferol, and much more.

The Myers Way® Multivitamin is perfect for anyone who:

  • Wants to obtain the nutrients their body needs to thrive
  • Wants to support healthy thyroid and adrenal function
  • Wants to support hormone balance and conditions to help promote weight management
  • Looking to promote the body’s methylation processes
  • Doesn’t eat enough organic fruit and vegetables
  • Follows the Standard American Diet (SAD)

    FAQs

    What is a multivitamin?

A multivitamin is a combination of micronutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and more. My specially formulated, iron-free multivitamin contains a high-quality blend of vitamins and minerals designed for absorption and bioavailability.

What time of day should I take The Myers Way® Multivitamin?

I generally recommend dividing the 6 capsule daily serving size into 2 doses; 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner. If you take thyroid medications, I recommend taking this multivitamin away from your thyroid medicine because it does contain calcium, which can bind to your thyroid medication.

Can I take The Myers Way® Multivitamin with Methylation Support®?

If you are looking for additional adrenal health and methylation support, you may find that extra B vitamin support is needed to help you feel your best. I recommend starting with the multivitamin to see if that is enough support for you, and then deciding if you need additional support, such as my Methylation Support® formula.

Is it safe for my child to take The Myers Way® Multivitamin?

While many choose to give their teenagers my custom formulated multi, I recommend that children use my Kid’s Chewable Multivitamin. The amazing flavor is an excellent incentive to get them to take it every day and it is specially formulated just for them!

Can I take The Myers Way® Multivitamin if I’m pregnant or nursing?

The Myers Way® Multivitamin is safe for pregnant women and nursing mothers. However, always be sure to speak with your healthcare provider before starting any new nutritional supplement when pregnant or nursing.

Is it okay to take the Myers Way® Multivitamin everyday?

Yes, it is safe to take The Myers Way® Multivitamin daily as directed. However, it is always best to consult with your physician before starting any new supplement regimen.

How long should I take a multivitamin?

Although it may vary based on individual needs and health goals, in general, multivitamins are intended to be a long-term daily supplement to support overall health and well-being. However, I recommend you consult with your physician to determine the appropriate length of time for use.
