HOW TO USE

1. Fold flannel to desired size & saturate with Castor Oil.

2. Place over the target area & cover with parchment paper, a compostable bag or reused plastic to protect clothing.

3. Apply a wrapped hot water bottle over the flannel & relax for 45–60 minutes.

4. Remove flannel & cleanse skin with warm water, baking soda & water, or natural soap.

5. Store flannel in its original packaging in a cool, dry place. Reuse up to 10–15 times.
