KEY INGREDIENTS

Coriander
The seed of the cilantro plant, coriander has been used in Ayurvedic healing for thousands of years. Its cooling & bitter properties help balance hypermetabolism caused by excess digestive fire (agni). Coriander also supports detoxification (ama-clearing) & relieves flatulence.

Cumin
With its fragrant aroma, cumin is a culinary & herbal staple. It helps expel gas & toxic residue (ama) from the digestive tract while enhancing nutrient absorption.

Fennel
