FOLIGAIN® Hair & Scalp Roller with 540 Titanium 0.25mm Needles

A simple, effective way to elevate your scalp care routine in minutes. The FOLIGAIN® Hair & Scalp Roller features 540 ultra-fine titanium needles at a precise 0.25mm length — designed for cosmetic microneedling that helps prepare the scalp surface for better absorption of serums and topical treatments. As the roller glides across the scalp, it gently stimulates circulation, exfoliates dead skin cells and buildup, and creates a cleaner, more receptive environment for your FOLIGAIN® products to perform at their best. Compact, lightweight, and travel-friendly. Suitable for men and women.

Key Benefits:

  • ✓  Enhances Topical Treatment Absorption — Micro channels help serums and treatments reach the scalp surface more effectively
  • ✓  Stimulates & Revitalizes — Gentle microneedling action encourages circulation and supports a more vibrant-looking scalp
  • ✓  Exfoliates & Renews — Clears dead skin cells and buildup for a cleaner, fresher scalp foundation
  • ✓  540 Titanium Needles at 0.25mm — Precision cosmetic design for consistent, comfortable performance
  • ✓  Universal & Clean — No fragrance, no chemicals, suitable for men and women across the entire scalp

Scalp Microneedling That Works With Your FOLIGAIN® Routine

As the roller glides across the scalp, the ultra-fine titanium needles create cosmetic micro channels that support better contact between your scalp and your topical products. This helps serums and treatments reach the areas where they can be most effective. At the same time, the gentle stimulation encourages circulation and helps refresh the scalp surface. By removing dead skin cells and buildup, the roller supports a cleaner, healthier-looking environment that pairs perfectly with FOLIGAIN® serums and lotions.

Over time, consistent use can help your scalp look clearer, feel smoother, and better receive the nutrients in your routine. The 0.25mm titanium needles are crafted for cosmetic use — designed to glide comfortably while delivering consistent performance. Compact, lightweight, and travel-friendly, this roller fits seamlessly into your weekly self-care ritual.

What Makes It Work:

  • 540 Titanium Needles — Ultra-fine 0.25mm needles create cosmetic micro channels across the scalp surface for improved product contact
  • Circulation Support — Gentle rolling action encourages surface-level circulation for a more energized, revitalized scalp feel
  • Exfoliation — Loosens buildup and dry flakes, promoting a cleaner surface that better absorbs hair care treatments
  • Treatment Amplifier — Use before applying FOLIGAIN® TRIOXIDIL® or Minoxidil leave-on formulas for enhanced scalp contact
  • Universal Design — Suitable for men and women, usable across the entire scalp area

Nearly Two Decades Of Hair Care Science

Founded 2008 — Scottsdale, Arizona
FOLIGAIN® has been formulating advanced hair and scalp solutions for nearly two decades. The Hair & Scalp Roller is designed as a precision companion tool to the FOLIGAIN® TRIOXIDIL® topical regimen — helping maximize the performance of every product in your routine.

Precision Cosmetic Tool
The 0.25mm needle length is specifically chosen for cosmetic scalp use — effective enough to prepare the scalp surface and support product absorption, while remaining comfortable for regular home use.

The Ideal Regimen Companion
Use the roller before applying FOLIGAIN® 10% TRIOXIDIL® Triple Action Complete Formula or FOLIGAIN® Minoxidil to help the active ingredients make better contact with the scalp. Pair with the full TRIOXIDIL® shampoo and conditioner regimen for a comprehensive approach to scalp and hair wellness.

How To Use

  1. Wet hair and apply your favorite anti-thinning topical hair product, massaging into areas of concern.
  2. Using gentle pressure, roll the device over the scalp in one direction — starting at the front hairline and working toward the back of the head.
  3. Roll over each area 5–10 times, then change direction.
  4. Use in all directions: vertical, horizontal, and diagonal.

Frequency: Use once per day, no more than 3 times per week.

Note: Mild redness may occur after use — this is normal.

Tips For Best Results:

  • Use the roller immediately before applying FOLIGAIN® TRIOXIDIL® or Minoxidil leave-on treatment for maximum scalp contact
  • Clean the roller head after each use with warm water and allow to air dry
  • Replace the roller head regularly to maintain needle sharpness and hygiene
  • Do not share the roller with others

Warnings: Do not use on open wounds, active acne, nodular/pustular rosacea, eczema, sunburn, or abnormal skin conditions. Do not use if you have sensitive skin. Do not use if you are taking drugs that cause photosensitivity, antidepressants, antibiotics, or if you may be allergic to metals. Keep out of reach of children.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does this roller hurt?
A: At 0.25mm, the needles are designed for comfortable cosmetic use. Most users experience a mild tingling sensation. Some redness after use is normal and typically subsides quickly.

Q: When in my routine should I use the roller?
A: Use the roller before applying your leave-on topical treatment — such as FOLIGAIN® 10% TRIOXIDIL® or Minoxidil. The micro channels created by the roller help the active ingredients make better contact with the scalp.

Q: How often should I use it?
A: Use once per day, no more than 3 times per week. Allow the scalp to recover between sessions.

Q: Can both men and women use this roller?
A: Yes — the FOLIGAIN® Hair & Scalp Roller is suitable for both men and women and can be used across the entire scalp area.

Q: Can I use this with the FOLIGAIN® TRIOXIDIL® regimen?
A: Yes — the roller is designed as a companion tool to the FOLIGAIN® topical regimen. Use it before applying the TRIOXIDIL® leave-on treatment for enhanced scalp contact and performance.

Q: Who should NOT use this roller?
A: Avoid use if you have open wounds, active acne, rosacea, eczema, sunburn, or sensitive skin. Also avoid if you are taking medications that cause photosensitivity, antidepressants, or antibiotics, or if you have a known metal allergy.
