Ready to Bake: Flounder Dinner Kit

Each Flounder Dinner Kit Meal comes with a 5-6 oz. portion of Flounder topped with a garlic & herb butter, 4 oz. Potatoes, & 4 oz. of Veggies.

All kits cook from frozen and can be put directly into the freezer until ready to cook.  When you are ready to cook, heat your oven to 350 degrees, place your dinner kit on a baking sheet, and bake for 35-40 minutes!   Ensure seafood is cooked to 140 degrees F internal temperature.
