Your gel is made fresh to order and shipped the same day.  We do not make gel stock in advance and freeze it then ship it.  Because it's fresh, it will arrive at room temperature or warm, and ice packs are included with your shipment to prevent your gel from getting hot.  Because we make your gel fresh and ship it immediately, it never arrives spoiled. 

Our gel is made with all organic ingredients and we do not use any chemical preservatives like most other companies that sell sea moss.  The shelf life is 30 days from the time of receiving your gel, as long as you store it in the refrigerator.  You can freeze your gel, however not in the glass.  Glass can shatter when frozen, which is why you don't see glass in the frozen food section of grocery stores.  Transfer the gel into a freezer safe container prior to storing in the freezer.  Your gel will remain fresh in the freezer for up to 6 months.
