BENEFITS

Caffeine isn't a performance strategy. It's a shortcut.

Extra Mile uses six clinically-studied ingredients to deliver increased blood flow, improved oxygen efficiency, sustained mental clarity, and cellular energy production without a single milligram of caffeine.*

Because Extra Mile is caffeine-free, it works with whatever caffeine routine you already have... morning coffee, race-day espresso, or none at all. Stack it freely without worrying about overdoing stimulants.*

Increases blood flow and oxygen delivery 6g L-Citrulline and organic beetroot work together to widen blood vessels and improve nitric oxide production so there is more oxygen reaching muscles during sustained effort.*

Sustained mental focus with no crash Dynamine™ onsets fast. TeaCrine® extends the window. Together they maintain focus and motivation throughout the entire session without the drop-off.*

Boosts cellular energy production elevATP® supports endogenous ATP production, the energy your muscles actually run on, for improved peak power output during high-intensity moments.*

Supports endurance and reduces muscle damage Senactiv® promotes muscle cell regeneration and aerobic energy production, supporting longer output and faster recovery from training.*

INGREDIENT DEEP DIVE

L-Citrulline Malate (6g per serving)

The cornerstone of endurance pre-workout nutrition. L-Citrulline converts to arginine in the kidneys, increasing nitric oxide production and vasodilation, widening blood vessels for improved oxygen and nutrient delivery to working muscles. At 6g, this is the clinically studied dose shown to meaningfully improve endurance performance and reduce fatigue.*

Dynamine™ (Methylliberine) (75mg per serving)

A fast-acting alkaloid that activates dopamine receptors and inhibits adenosine, the compound that makes you feel fatigued. Dynamine™ delivers rapid mental clarity, improved mood, and increased energy without the blood pressure spike or half-life of caffeine. Effects typically onset within 15 minutes.*

TeaCrine® (Theacrine) (50mg per serving)

A purine alkaloid structurally similar to caffeine but with a longer half-life and no tolerance buildup. TeaCrine® pairs with Dynamine™ to extend the window of mental clarity and sustained energy: Dynamine™ provides the fast onset, TeaCrine® maintains it for hours without requiring escalating doses.*

elevATP® (Ancient Peat + Apple Extract)

A clinically studied combination of ancient peat extract and apple polyphenols shown to increase endogenous ATP production, the cellular energy currency your muscles run on. Studies show elevATP® supports peak power output and explosive performance during high-intensity efforts.*

Senactiv®

A patented adaptogen compound shown to promote the regeneration of old muscle cells and increase citrate synthase activity, a key marker of aerobic energy production. Research shows Senactiv® supports endurance performance and reduces exercise-induced muscle damage.*

Organic Beetroot Juice Powder

Rich in dietary nitrates that convert to nitric oxide in the body. supporting vasodilation and improved oxygen efficiency during aerobic exercise. Beetroot juice is one of the most well-researched natural performance enhancers, with multiple peer-reviewed studies showing improvements in endurance time to exhaustion.*

BUILT FOR YOU

For athletes who want performance without the dependency.

You're not looking to mask fatigue with stimulants. You want something that actually improves how your body performs, with or without coffee already in your system.

  • Runners and endurance athletes who need sustained output across 60+ minutes, not a 20-minute stimulant window that leaves them worse off at mile 8.
  • Afternoon and evening trainers who can't take caffeine past noon without wrecking sleep. Extra Mile can be taken at any time of day.
  • Coffee drinkers who already have caffeine dialed in and don't want a pre-workout adding an unknown dose on top.
  • Athletes who've built caffeine tolerance who find regular pre-workouts no longer work. Extra Mile doesn't build tolerance, so it stays effective

HOW TO USE

Mix one serving with 8–10 fl oz of water. Stir until dissolved. Take 20–30 minutes before training.

Timing: 20–30 minutes before training L-Citrulline and beetroot take time to convert to nitric oxide. Taking Extra Mile before your session allows the vasodilation effects to be active when you start your warm-up.*

Stacking: works with coffee or without Because Extra Mile is caffeine-free, it can be taken alongside your morning coffee or on its own. It doesn't require you to change your caffeine routine. It complements it.*

Any time of day: no sleep disruption Unlike stimulant-based pre-workouts, Extra Mile can be taken for afternoon or evening sessions without affecting sleep quality. Train when it works for you, not when your pre-workout allows.*
