Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb | The Smooth Operator

Zero sugar syrups have a reputation: thin, chemical, with that artificial sweetener aftertaste that lingers long after the cup is finished and makes you regret the decision. Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb by Pink House Alchemy is the exception that makes that reputation irrelevant. Small-batch handcrafted with real Madagascar vanilla beans and a clean natural sweetener mix of allulose and a dash of stevia, this is a sugar-free syrup that tastes like it was built for flavor first, not built around a restriction. Velvet-smooth. Full-bodied. Zero sugar. Zero compromise. Zero apology.

Keto-friendly, crash-free, and available exclusively at Legendary Aviation Coffee Company. Year-round. Because the Boujee cup doesn't care about your macros: it just needs to taste like it was worth it. This one does.

Flavor Profile: Rich Madagascar Vanilla, Smooth, Full-Bodied

Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb opens with the same deep, creamy Madagascar vanilla character as the full-sugar Vanilla Bean Syrup, because it uses the same source. Real vanilla beans split and steeped alongside vanilla bean extract for a double-layered vanilla profile that covers the full spectrum from bright aromatic top note to warm, lingering finish. The allulose and stevia mix sweetens cleanly: allulose is a rare sugar that tastes and behaves like real sugar, and the dash of stevia rounds it to full sweetness without the sharp bitterness straight stevia brings at higher concentrations. Together they land close enough to sugar sweetness that most people won't notice the difference, and the vanilla depth means most people won't be looking for one.

Why Allulose + Stevia: Not Just One or the Other

Most zero sugar syrups pick one sweetener and live with its limitations. Allulose is a rare sugar found naturally in figs and raisins: it tastes and behaves like cane sugar, with none of the cooling aftertaste other zero sugar sweeteners leave behind, but on its own it is gentler than sugar in sweetness. Stevia alone can turn sharp and slightly bitter when used at the level required to sweeten a syrup. Pink House Alchemy blends the two so each covers the other's gap: allulose provides the clean, round, sugar-like body while a dash of stevia completes the sweetness so the finish feels full. The result is a zero sugar sweetness profile that's closer to cane sugar than either ingredient gets on its own. Add Madagascar vanilla beans doing the heavy lifting on flavor and you have a sugar-free syrup that doesn't taste like a consolation prize.

How to Use Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb

The Guilt-Free Altitude | Zero Sugar Vanilla Latte

  • 1oz Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb
  • 8oz brewed coffee or two shots espresso
  • 6oz steamed milk of choice: oat milk, almond milk, or whole milk all clear for this mission
  • Optional: whipped cream (yes, even on the zero sugar version: you earned it)
  1. Add 1oz Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb to your mug.
  2. Steam or froth 6oz of your milk of choice. Unsweetened oat milk or almond milk keep the macro count clean while adding creaminess: both are mission-approved.
  3. Pour brewed coffee or espresso over the top. FAA Agent DECAF or Colombian Cub from the coffee fleet are the recommended pairings: the sweet, smooth and exquisite flavor profiles carry the Madagascar vanilla without needing any sugar to bridge them.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired. Zero sugar in the syrup doesn't mean zero indulgence in the cup. Sadie didn't fly without style and neither should you.

Full vanilla. Full flavor. Zero sugar. The latte that proves restriction and Boujee are not mutually exclusive.

Zero Sugar Vanilla Espresso Tonic | Clean & Elevated

  • 1oz Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb
  • 2 shots espresso (cooled slightly)
  • 6oz premium tonic water, chilled
  • Ice
  • Optional: orange peel or lemon twist for garnish
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1oz Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb.
  2. Pour 6oz chilled tonic water over the ice slowly: the carbonation is the architecture of this drink, don't collapse it.
  3. Pour two cooled espresso shots gently over the top: let them layer into the tonic rather than stirring immediately. Watch the bloom. Then stir once, slowly.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel expressed over the glass. The citrus oils lift the vanilla and complement the tonic bitterness in a way that makes this drink taste considerably more sophisticated than its four ingredients suggest.
  5. This is the zero sugar drink that doesn't announce itself as zero sugar. It announces itself as excellent.

Clean, complex, and completely unapologetic about being both sugar-free and Boujee. Not a common combination. This is.

Zero Sugar Cold Brew

Add 1oz to a 12oz cold brew over ice. The Madagascar vanilla comes forward beautifully cold and the natural sweetener mix integrates seamlessly without the temperature sensitivity that some zero sugar syrups show cold. Pair with Whistling Corsair cold brew: the rich, full-bodied profile amplifies the vanilla depth and the result is a cold brew that tastes indulgent and happens to be sugar-free. Add unsweetened oat milk for the full cold brew latte treatment.

Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb vs. Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup: Which One Is Yours?

Same Madagascar vanilla source. Same Pink House Alchemy standard. Different missions.

  • Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup: Full cane sugar base: maximum body, richness, and mouthfeel. The choice when sugar isn't a consideration and you want every ounce of indulgence the vanilla has to offer.
  • Zero Sugar Vanilla Bomb: Allulose and stevia base: keto-friendly, crash-free, and built for the Legend who wants the full Boujee vanilla experience without the sugar. Same vanilla. Different fuel system.
  • Zero Sugar. Full Flavor: Madagascar vanilla beans and extract: same gold standard source as the full-sugar version, zero compromise on taste.
  • Keto-Friendly & Crash-Free: Allulose and stevia: natural sweeteners, no blood sugar spike, no afternoon crash.
  • No Artificial Sweeteners: Allulose and stevia are naturally derived. No aspartame. No sucralose. No chemical aftertaste.
  • Exclusive Pink House Alchemy Collaboration: Available only at Legendary Aviation Coffee Company.
  • 16oz Bottle: Year-round: the zero sugar mission is always on the flight line.
  • Veteran Owned: 100% disabled veteran-owned. 10% of revenue deployed to veteran and aviation nonprofits monthly.

Zero sugar. All Boujee. The smooth operator is cleared for year-round operations: same altitude, different fuel.
