Pure Certified Wild Harvested Full Spectrum Organic Raw Sea Moss

The most comprehensive raw sea moss available — a natural blend of gold, green, and purple wild harvested sea moss from the pristine waters of Laborie and Praslin, Saint Lucia. Full spectrum sea moss delivers the combined phytonutrient profile of all three varieties in a single product, making it the ideal choice for those who want the broadest possible range of minerals, antioxidants, and bioactive compounds. Certified wild harvested, sun-dried naturally, and sourced with full government documentation.

Key Benefits:

  •  Broadest Phytonutrient Profile — Gold, green, and purple varieties each contribute unique pigments and bioactive compounds for comprehensive nutritional coverage
  •  92+ Naturally Occurring Minerals — Iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and more to support whole-body wellness
  •  Anthocyanins from Purple Sea Moss — Powerful antioxidants that support cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and cellular protection
  •  Certified Wild Harvested — Sourced from the ocean, not pool-grown. Full documentation available upon request
  •  No Salt, No Preservatives — Sun-dried naturally with nothing added. The white coating is natural sea salt that rinses off easily
  •  Versatile Use — Gel, smoothies, soups, stews, skincare, hair masks — raw sea moss is the most flexible form

Three Varieties. One Complete Superfood.

Full spectrum sea moss is the most nutrient-diverse raw sea moss available. By combining gold, green, and purple wild harvested sea moss from Saint Lucia, this blend delivers the unique phytonutrient profile of each variety in a single product. Gold sea moss provides the foundational mineral base. Green sea moss adds chlorophyll and additional trace minerals. Purple sea moss contributes anthocyanins — powerful antioxidant pigments associated with cardiovascular health, cognitive support, and cellular protection.

Our full spectrum sea moss is sourced directly from the waters of Laborie and Praslin, Saint Lucia, through direct relationships with local farmers and in partnership with the St. Lucia Ministry of Agriculture. As a registered Importer/Exporter, we provide full documentation upon request — including import records, waybills, and certificates of authenticity.

Unlike wildcrafted or rope-grown moss, our sea moss grows freely in its native marine ecosystem and is harvested by hand. It is sun-dried immediately after harvesting without pre-rinsing, which preserves its natural color and mineral content. The fine white coating you may notice is natural sea salt — not table salt — and rinses off easily before soaking.

What Full Spectrum Sea Moss Supports:

  • Thyroid Health — Rich in iodine to support healthy thyroid function and metabolic regulation
  • Antioxidant Protection — Anthocyanins from purple sea moss protect cells from oxidative stress and free radical damage
  • Immune Function — Zinc, iron, and bioactive compounds support the body’s natural immune defenses
  • Digestive Health — Sea moss is a natural prebiotic that supports a healthy gut microbiome
  • Skin and Hair — Collagen-supporting minerals support skin elasticity, hydration, and hair strength
  • Energy and Vitality — B vitamins and iron support healthy energy levels and reduce fatigue

What Sets Our Raw Sea Moss Apart

Certified Wild Harvested — Not Pool-Grown or Wildcrafted
Pool-grown and wildcrafted sea moss is cultivated on ropes or in tanks in artificial conditions. It lacks the mineral diversity of ocean-grown moss. Our sea moss grows freely in its native marine ecosystem and is harvested by hand. Official certification is available upon request.

Full Government Documentation
We work directly with the St. Lucia Ministry of Agriculture and are a registered Importer/Exporter. Import records, waybills, and certificates of authenticity are available upon request — a level of transparency few sea moss suppliers can offer.

Sun-Dried Without Pre-Rinsing
Our sea moss is sun-dried immediately after harvesting without being pre-rinsed. This preserves its natural color, particularly the deep purple pigmentation, and maintains the full mineral and phytonutrient profile.

How to Spot Authentic Wild Harvested Sea Moss
Authentic wild harvested sea moss varies in color and texture. The white coating is natural sea salt, not a sign of processing. Purple sea moss will release color into soaking water — this is the anthocyanins, not a contaminant. Pool-grown moss is artificially uniform and often bleached white.

How to Prepare Your Full Spectrum Raw Sea Moss

Making Sea Moss Gel:

  1. Rinse the raw sea moss thoroughly under cold water to remove natural sea salt and any ocean debris
  2. Soak in clean water for 8 to 12 hours until the moss expands and softens. Refresh the water if soaking longer than 12 hours to avoid over-fermentation
  3. Drain and rinse again
  4. Blend the soaked moss with fresh water (approximately 1 cup of water per 1 oz of dry moss, adjusting to your preferred consistency)
  5. Blend until completely smooth
  6. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate — the gel will set as it cools
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 weeks

Note on Soaking Water Color: Purple sea moss contains anthocyanins that will cause the soaking water to change color. This is completely normal and expected — it is the natural pigment releasing from the moss, not a contaminant.

Other Uses:

  • Smoothies — Add soaked sea moss directly to your blender with other smoothie ingredients
  • Soups and Stews — Add soaked sea moss as a natural thickener
  • Skincare — Apply blended gel directly to skin as a hydrating mask
  • Hair Masks — Apply gel to hair and scalp to support moisture and strength

Storage of Dry Raw Sea Moss:

  • Transfer from shipping bag to an airtight container
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Properly stored dry sea moss keeps for 1 year or longer

Allergen Information: This product is pure sea moss with no additives. If you have a known shellfish or seafood allergy, consult with a healthcare provider before use, as sea moss is a marine plant.
