Blinc’s Curling Tubing Primer is a clean, vegan lash primer designed to boost curl, volume, and length while conditioning and protecting your lashes. Powered by our lightweight tubing technology, it forms flexible, water-resistant tubes that lift, support curl memory, and help counter the drying effects of lash lifts and tints. Enriched with castor seed oil, shea butter, and plant-based conditioners, it nourishes and supports lashes between salon visits. Wear it alone for soft curl enhancement or under mascara for amplified lift, definition, and fullness.
