Hormonal fluctuations are normal in the first 4-6 weeks after birth as the body transitions from pregnancy into motherhood. Our ReBalance After Birth Hormonal formula is lovingly made to support mood and balance hormone levels after birth.

  • Support for healthy hormone balance and reintegration.*
  • Balancing for the new mother.*
  • Safe for use while nursing.*
  • Gluten-free & Vegan.*
  • Available in our unique and convenient pump top bottle.

While all our pregnancy, postpartum and children's formulas contain organic gluten-free alcohol — which is used to extract the herbal constituents and preserve the tincture — our finished products have as much alcohol as a ripe banana per serving.

Best Taken
  • As a tonic at around 5 weeks postpartum to support hormonal re-balance
  • Anytime after birth if mom is struggling
Suggested Use

Take 3mL in a little water for taste 2-3 times per day for 2-6 weeks or as practitioner recommended.

Recommended Use Strategies: #1, #2 & #3

Use Strategies
"Half of it is the awesome formulas...the other half is how you use them!"

#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal response to a stressor.

#3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day for as long as needed or as practitioner recommended. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

Keep out of reach of children. Shake well before use. If you have a medical condition or take medications, seek professional medical advice prior to use. Avoid use in direct sunlight or UV rays. For more info on storage, shelf life, dosage and more, read our Getting Started with Tinctures guide.

Herbs in Action
  • Lady's Mantle aerials: Alchemilla mollis offers support for women's health including easing discomforts associated with PMS, cramping and menopausal complaints such as hot flashes and irritability.
  • Vitex berry: Vitex agnus-castus, also known as Chaste berry, is a plant that has been used for wellness purposes for thousands of years. Vitex supports hormonal balance and has an affinity for the female reproductive system. This herb encourages healthy menstrual cycles and supports progesterone balance. Vitex also helps soothe occasional cycle-related discomforts and supports emotional balance during monthly cycles.
  • Black Haw bark: Viburnum prunifolium has been traditionally used to support the nervous system, black haw soothes occasional tension and promote emotional balance.
  • St. John's Wort aerials: Hypericum perforatum supports and nourishes the nervous system and is most commonly used to balance hormones and uplift the mood.
  • Motherwort aerials: Leonurus cardiaca, the Latin name, means lionhearted. It's a calming herb that is wonderful for hormone balance and cardiovascular health alike. It's said to soothe frayed nerves and act as a mother's comforting embrace.
  • Calendula flower: Calendula officinalis may help support the immune system's natural functions and promote healthy microbial balance. This traditional flower is valued for its natural compounds that support the body's natural defenses and overall wellness.
  • Burdock root: Arctium lappa is a powerhouse of nutrients that acts as a free radical scavenger, helping to support the body's natural balance and homeostasis. Burdock may help support the body's natural cleansing processes and waste elimination. It supports hormonal balance throughout natural cycles, making it valuable herbal support during times of hormonal transition such as menopause.
  • Yarrow aerials: Wise women healers and western herbalists have used Achillea millefolium to support women's reproductive health for centuries. Yarrow contains plant compounds that help soothe stomach cramps, support healthy blood flow, and may alleviate PMS symptoms associated with sore breasts and heavy menstrual flow.
