#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to every 3-4 hours a day as symptoms improve, up to 5 consecutive days. See individual product label for max daily servings.

Not for use while pregnant or nursing. If you have a medical condition or take medications, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. Shake well before use. For more info on storage, shelf life, dosage and more, read our Getting Started with Tinctures guide.

Herbs in Action
  • Wild Cherry bark: Prunus serotina is found throughout North America. In addition to its edible fruits, both the fruit and bark are used to make medicine. Wild Cherry bark is used to soothe irritated throats, ease coughing, soothe the bronchioles, and support lung discomforts. It promotes strong respiratory function and supports a healthy inflammatory response throughout the body.
  • Elecampane root: The root of Inula helenium supports comfortable breathing and respiratory wellness. Elecampane root nourishes healthy lung function and promotes overall respiratory performance.
  • Linden Leaf and Flower: Tilia europaeais is used for colds, stuffy nose, an irritated throat, breathing discomforts, and tension in the head.
  • Hawthorn berry: Crataegus spp. is known as an excellent herb for the chest, heart, and cardiovascular system. The apple-like berries of this small tree nourish and support the heart and lungs as sister body systems, encouraging healthy circulation, healthy blood pressure, and optimal lung function.
  • Marshmallow root: Althaea officinalis can act as an expectorant and offers benefits including moistening a dry mouth, easing coughs, and helping to line and protect the throat. Marshmallow has been known to moisten and soften tissues and helps to maintain an optimal inflammatory response.
  • Elderberry fruit: Sambucus nigra has been used throughout history both as a food for its tart sweetness and as herbal support for wellness. Rich in nutrients, elderberry fruit supports healthy immune responses and overall vitality.
